Questions regarding billing, purchase orders, & W-9 forms
Payment Options
Academic Impressions accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. When placing your order, you can also choose to be invoiced, or you can select a purchase order option if your organization requires a purchase order.
Purchase Orders
Academic Impressions accepts purchase orders. When placing an order online, select the 'Purchase Order' option and enter your purchase order number. If you don't have a purchase order number yet, simply leave the field blank. At the end of the business day, we will send you an invoice that you can use to process your paperwork. Your PO number, if included, will be noted on the invoice.

W-9 Forms
Use this W-9 form if your institution requires that you obtain a W-9 from Academic Impressions in order to process payment.
How do I set up a webcast?
Academic Impressions webcasts are broadcast live over the internet using Adobe's Connect software. You will need a wired high-speed internet connection and computer speakers for audio. Please reserve a telephone with speaker-phone capability for backup.
Most registrants have a large group of participants. To accommodate a group of participants, you will need: a projector to project the screen onto a wall or other flat surface for the entire audience to see and computer speakers capable of broadcasting sound to the entire audience. If you do not have computer speakers, most webcasts offer the option to dial in via phone.

If you're planning on attending an Academic Impressions conference and you'd like to learn more about the hotel accommodations where the event will be held, navigate to the conference web page and click on the "Location" tab.
