sectionheader ON-DEMAND: Starting and Advancing an Online Fundraising Program: A Case Study of Emory University

Overview:

The field of raising money online has proven challenging for higher education. Some donors resist the online environment, and schools are reluctant to shift funds away from traditional fundraising tools.

This on-demand webcast shows you how one school has successfully incorporated an effective online fundraising program into their annual fund. Francine Cronin walks you through her experience of developing a strong online fundraising component for the annual giving program at Emory University. She started her online program on a shoestring budget and built the program incrementally as Emory received more and more gifts online. Francine shares her approach and discuss how it can translate for different-sized schools.

Target Audience:

Directors and assistant directors of annual giving will gain tactics and strategies from this illustration of how to start and develop an online fundraising component for the annual fund.
