Dr. Tim Carey is a longtime administrator with an extensive background in facilities leadership and management. He joined Ithaca College, a private residential institution in upstate New York, in 2014.
Prior to Ithaca, Dr. Carey served as the Associate Vice President for Facilities Services at Montclair State University. Since 1986, he served in a number of other capacities at Montclair State, including director of administrative operations, director of continuous quality improvement and executive assistant to the senior vice president for administration, and assistant director of the Educational Opportunity Fund. He holds a doctorate in educational policy, theory, and administration from Rutgers University.
