Ian Benton
Ian provides library reference services and information literacy sessions for undergraduates in College Library, the university's undergraduate library. He teaches the first-year student experience course called the Wisconsin Experience and has helped shape the course's information literacy component. Ian's current research interests include how best to create collaborations between librarians and first-year seminar faculty and staff.

Anne-Marie Deitering
Anne-Marie designs and delivers library services for undergraduates, including the writing program, academic learning services, BEST Bridge programs, and Honors College. As well, she coordinates library instruction in first-year student experience programs and undergraduate information literacy instruction. She has an M.A. from Syracuse University and an M.L.S. from Emporia State University. Her research interests include information literacy and the intersections of the pedagogies of student engagement and information literacy.

Adrianna Guram
Adrianna is responsible for developing curriculum for the Center for First-Year Experience, and for faculty/staff professional development. She serves as a liaison on behalf of the Center to help campus units develop initiatives for new students; most recently, she assisted the Institute for Biology Education (IBE) develop and implement a boot camp program to engage new students in exploration of the biological sciences. She continues to engage in teaching and training, and currently serves as the chair of the Commission for Academic Support in Higher Education at College Student Educators International (ACPA)
