Working in higher education for more than 20 years, he has met or exceeded enrollment targets at each institution he has worked at, which include: The College at Brockport – SUNY, the University of Northern Colorado, and the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, the University of Findlay, and the University of Denver.
Randall earned a Ph.D. degree in Higher Education from The University of The Free State (Republic of South Africa), a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration with a specialization in College Student Personnel Administration from Texas Tech University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University (TX).
