  • Where can I find out about hotel accommodations for conferences?

    If you're planning on attending one of our conferences and you'd like to learn more about the hotel accommodations where the event will be held, navigate to the conference web page and click on the "Location" tab. If you have further questions about the hotel where the event will be held, have questions regarding room rates, or require special assistance or accommodations, please call 720.488.6800.

  • How do I set up a webcast?

    Academic Impressions webcasts are broadcast live over the internet using Adobe's Connect software. You will need a wired (not wireless) high-speed internet connection and computer speakers for audio. Please have a speaker-phone avaialable as a backup.

    If you plan to host a group to view a webcast, you will need: a projector to project the computer presentation onto a wall or other flat surface for the entire audience to see and computer speakers capable of broadcasting sound to the entire audience. If you do not have computer speakers, most webcasts offer the option to dial in via phone.

  • Can I get a W-9 form?

    Use this W-9 form if your institution requires that you obtain a W-9 from Academic Impressions in order to process payment.

  • Do you accept purchase orders?

    Academic Impressions accepts purchase orders. When placing an order online, select the 'Purchase Order' option in the shopping cart and enter your purchase order number. If you don't have a purchase order number yet, simply leave the field blank. At the end of the business day, we will send you an invoice that you can use to process your paperwork. Your PO number, if included, will be noted on the invoice.

  • Payment options

    Academic Impressions accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. When placing your order, you can also choose to be invoiced, or you can select a purchase order option if your organization requires a purchase order.
