Things people ask us before they sign
How is this different from conferences or one-off workshops?
Membership gives your leaders ongoing access to tools, coaching, and practice, not just exposure to ideas. A conference is an event. Membership is development infrastructure.
What if we already have internal leadership programs?
Most of our institution-wide partners use membership to strengthen what they’re already doing—adding the Five Paths to existing cohorts, giving chairs access to Sophia between sessions.
What’s the time commitment for leaders?
As much or as little as they need. A Sophia conversation: 5 minutes. A Leadership Insight: 5 minutes. A course: 1-3 hours. A certificate program: 2-3 hours a week for several weeks. A cohort program: monthly sessions over a semester.
Can we start with a smaller team and grow?
That’s the most common path. Most Enterprise partners started with a 10 or 25-user Team Membership, piloted it, saw the results, and grew from there.
Does membership include facilitation?
Team Membership includes the My Path tools, Sophia, and a Partner Success Manager. Expert facilitation is available as part of Enterprise Membership or as an add-on.
Can we integrate your resources with our existing LMS?
Yes—LMS API integration is available with Enterprise Membership. Mention it when you talk to our team. It shapes how we scope the partnership.
