We are always looking to diversify and expand our cohort of coaches to represent all members of higher education. We are looking to partner with qualified/certified coaches with experience in higher education from all backgrounds, skill sets, knowledge bases, races, ethnicities, genders, and ages.

About Our Coaches

Our coaches are both experts in higher education possessing vast institutional knowledge, as well as well-versed in foundational coaching principles, leadership tools and techniques, and the cutting-edge of adult education. In addition, our coaches bring intuitive knowledge and skills learned through lived experience—as leaders, faculty, and staff—to their coaching practice in a unique, hybrid coach-consultant fashion.

Our Coach-Partner Model

Our approach is unique because it combines the power of skill development through our extensive training library with traditional coaching practices. Within our coach-partner model, coaches engage in practice that simultaneously champions, leverages, and complements our professional development resources.

Our Coaches Have:

  • Advanced degrees such as Master’s, PhDs, and MDs, as well as extensive experience in higher ed
  • Comprehensive coaching tools and techniques with coaching certification (or its clinical equivalent), and/or extensive experience coaching and developing leaders

Our coach-partners are committed to our Academic Impressions resources, both as experts who bring best practices to our clients through our webcasts, bootcamps, video courses, and articles, as well as coaches who ensure higher education professionals fulfill their leadership, career, and life goals.
