Common Challenges and Solutions for Chiefs of Staff in Higher Ed: A Free “Unconference”

Check back soon for more dates or sign up for our newsletter to stay in the know.

Come together with other chiefs of staff in higher education to discuss common challenges and solutions in this unique “unconference” environment.

In our many conversations with chiefs of staff and those who serve in similar roles, we have heard that a primary need for this audience is to connect with others who do similar work and discuss strategies and solutions that help you succeed. This first “unconference” for chiefs of staff is intended to create this type of grassroots connection.

We invite you to fill out this optional form if you have a topic in mind. Please also let us know if you would be willing to lead a conversation around your suggested topic. If you don’t have a topic in mind or just want to connect with others, please feel free to simply attend!

How It Will Work

We’ll start with a brief introduction, then get right to our breakout conversations. You’ll choose from a list of conversations that will be led by your peers. Each conversation lasts 45 minutes. We’ll take a quick break between, then begin the next round of conversations. We’ll do three total rounds of sessions followed by a debrief at the end.

This is an exciting new option for this audience and we look forward to hosting you!

Who Should Attend

This program is designed for chiefs of staff or those in a similar roles, as well as those aspiring to the chief of staff position.
