• For each new anticipated proposal, you will have very clearly defined questions and key considerations that institutions must ask themselves and other campus leaders before determining whether or not significant changes to their current policies or processes may be necessary and to what extent in the following areas:

  • Constitutional Protection
  • FERPA Preemption
  • Religious Exemptions
  • Retaliation
• We’ll discuss how to mitigate potential risks by having the tools to facilitate thought-provoking campus discussions, understanding why changes may need to be made, and the consideration of required procedural steps within an institution.
