How do you instill absolute confidence when there are no absolutes? This is the difficult task that enrollment leaders face during these unprecedented times. Strong, intentional messaging to prospective students and their families will be more critical than ever before if you want to minimize summer melt and yield the largest possible class for fall 2020.
During this virtual training, our expert instructors will walk you through key considerations for crafting effective yield messaging in the midst of uncertainty and give you the opportunity to discuss and critique example communications with your peers. Finally, you will have time to practice implementing what you have learned to craft your own messages during a scenario activity.
