Albert Blixt is an expert on designing and implementing rapid strategic change in complex organizations. Mr. Blixt is a developer of the Whole-Scale® Change methodology. He has worked in the private, non-profit, government, and education sectors. His clients have included Fortune 100 companies, national nonprofits, federal agencies, and many colleges and universities. Mr. Blixt’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, leadership coaching, team development, training, and the facilitation of whole system change. Mr. Blixt is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and previously served as a professor in the College of Business at Eastern Michigan University. He is the author or co-author of three books on organizational change.
