David Rozen

Mr. Rozen is responsible for the vision and oversight for all financial matters for Corvias Group and its divisions, Corvias Campus Living and Picerne Military Housing. Mr. Rozen joined the company in 2004, and was previously responsible for all financial aspects of Picerne Military Housing’s 20,000+ unit portfolio, including the $1.4 billion in debt outstanding and $700 million in invested capital. His extensive institutional housing background includes the procurement and acquisition of nearly 17,000 units, raising more than $1 billion in private placement and municipal financing, and multiple restructurings and workouts. He has also worked as a Senior Vice President for a major real estate developer in Silicon Valley and as an institutional fixed income trader of municipal securities for Fidelity Investments. Mr. Rozen holds both a B.A. and an M.B.A. from Boston University with a concentration in Finance and was recognized in 2012 by the Providence Business News as a top “Forty under 40” executive.
