Dennis Lynch

With 20 years of experience, Dennis Lynch’s work encompasses a range of project types for higher education clients, including student housing, dining, wellness and recreation, mixed-used development, and academic buildings.

Dennis leads many of the firm’s student life projects, working to enhance the living-learning experience across campuses. Recent projects at Emory University, Georgetown University, Johns Hopkins University, and Virginia Commonwealth University, among others, involved integrated planning and design. Dennis frequently lectures for the Association of College and University Housing Officers-International (ACUHO-I) and other professional organizations. Dennis served as Principal-in-Charge for Georgetown’s Housing Master Plan, Ryan and Freedom Halls Renovation, and Leavey Center conversion to student housing.
