Jack Ryan
Jack Ryan graduated from New York University with a B.A. in English, and received his M.A. and Ph.D. in English from Case Western Reserve University.
Jack became a faculty member at Gettysburg College in 1994 in the Department of English, where he has been promoted through the academic ranks and has served as Department Chair. He has also served as Director of the College’s Interdisciplinary Studies Program, and currently serves as the Acting Chair of the Department of Education.
Jack is the recipient of the Gettysburg College Thompson Award for Distinguished Teaching. He was appointed Vice Provost of the College in 2010.
