Jeffrey J. Papa, Ph.D.

Dr. Jeffrey Papa, president and partner of SimpsonScarborough, has over thirty-four years of experience working with colleges and universities. Jeff spent the first twenty years of his career working in enrollment management and marketing on three college campuses, ranging from a large, public university to small, private colleges. Over the past fourteen years, Jeff has worked with numerous colleges and universities, providing research and consulting services in such areas as brand identification, enrollment management, marketing and communications, alumni relations, institutional advancement, and strategic planning.

Dr. Papa is as a frequent presenter at professional national conferences and has served as an adjunct faculty member, teaching market research courses at various graduate schools of education.
