Michael Post

As the vice president of enrollment management, Michael Post is responsible for providing executive leadership and organization to the division of enrollment management, and oversees instrumental campus departments including the offices of admissions and financial aid. He “returned home” to the Mount in 2005 as the director for residence life. He has progressively moved up within the university, holding the positions of dean of students and dean of admissions.

Prior to joining the Mount, Post served as associate director for residence life as well as the assistant director for residential facilities at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Prior to that, he began his higher education career as a hall director at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Post is an active participant in organizations such as The College Board, the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO), and the American College Personnel Association (ACPA).
