Brady Stanton

As an art student at Colorado State University, Brady fell in love with graphic design and never looked back. He has brought his passion for simplicity in design to Academic Impressions since 2012, creating print material and graphics as well as helping design the website. While he spends most of his time in front of a computer during the week, on weekends he’s most often found in the mountains skiing, riding around on his unicycle, or spending time with family and friends.

Beth Rotach

In addition to being involved in company strategy, Beth directly oversees Academic Impressions’ marketing, sales, account management departments, human resources, and business development. She is often meeting with campus leaders about their challenges, facilitating connections, conversations, and playing a role in AI’s leadership development workshops. Beth’s career before AI was in public health working at the University of Colorado as Director of an AIDS Education and Training Center, developing training and capacity building for health care providers across an 8-state region. She has also served as a consultant with federal agencies and local non-profits. Beth’s background is in community and public health education and has a graduate degree in instructional design. She holds a strong passion for empowering women and women’s leadership, is an advocate for creativity and inclusion, and seeks to amplify innovative leaders in higher education.

Nicole Pruitt

Nicole is the Content Marketing Manager for Academic Impressions. She oversees the leadership newsletter and marketing mailing list, fields responses from a company inbox, and manages an intrepid team of data entry assistants from across the greater Denver area. Nicole originally hails from Georgia and received her degree in English from Georgia Southern University. When away from the office, she spends her time with her husband, their menagerie of pets, and a house filled with books.

Kori Parton

Kori Parton serves as the ever-friendly face, ears, and eyes of the Academic Impressions office. If you have called our office, you’ve likely spoken with her. And as our Customer Service Associate, she likely left you with a smile. Though Kori is a bit of a nomad, her heart resides on the beach in Florida. Kori enjoys cooking, watching documentaries, and tending to her 3 adorable rescue pups: Huey, Riley, and Nugget.

Meghan Paladino

Meg has been with AI since 2013. She works with members and partners, making sure that we are integrating with and supporting the work already happening at higher ed institutions strategically and mindfully. Meg landed at Academic Impressions after spending four years teaching and traveling abroad and has a bachelor of arts in liberal studies from the University of Notre Dame.

Peter Oleson

Peter is one of AI’s Associate Brand Managers, specializing in the marketing of programs in Academic Affairs, Finance, Facilities, Student Affairs, and Leadership. He works to ensure that we pair the right professional with the right program. You probably receive some of the emails he creates to help in this effort. Peter grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota, attended the University of Iowa, and enjoys all the outdoor experiences, delicious food, and adult beverages that Colorado has to offer.

Christine Murphy

Christine has held a variety of roles at Academic Impressions over her long tenure at the company, and currently heads up the Operations department. She came to us with a background in event planning, which led to shaping the conference coordinator role and to managing the portfolio of AI online trainings—through that work, Christine worked with our subject matter experts and our Content Team to ensure a high quality experience for our customers and members. In her current cross-functional role, her focus is on widespread process improvements, boosting internal collaboration, and utilizing her deep knowledge of the company to produce high quality outcomes for AI’s members and partners.

Amber Moreyra

Amber is the Executive Assistant to AI’s President. In this role, she manages his day-to-day affairs and supports the leadership program offerings. Prior to joining AI, Amber served in varying capacities (Resident Assistant to Associate Director of Housing and Dining) within Residential Life for over 15 years. She has a BBA in Finance from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a MS in Educational Leadership from University of Minnesota, Mankato. In her spare time, Amber enjoys rooting for her Wisconsin teams (Go! Pack! Go!), spending time with her animals, officiating roller derby, as well as participating in all foodie activities.

Kelly Loudermilk

Kelly is our Human Resources guru at Academic Impressions. She is one of the newer AI team members, bringing 9 years of experience in building HR and recruiting infrastructures. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Law from The University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a Master’s of Science in Employment and Labor Law from Champlain College in Vermont. Shawn Herbert

Shawn has been working in the design world for 10+ years. Over that time, he has worked in a variety of mediums including; web, print, video, photography, graphic design, and motion graphics. Shawn has also been known to wear the “musician” hat too, though the band doesn’t let him near the mic. Shawn is a Colorado native and a graduate of the University of Colorado Denver with a degree in Digital Design. Shawn’s passion is working with people to help make their vision a reality. When he’s not making dreams happen, Shawn can be found spending time with his family, volunteering, noodling around on the bass, and rooting for his beloved Denver Broncos. If you’re ever up for a game of chess, he’s down!
