In addition to her current role at San Diego State University, Rebecca is also a consultant and coach in learning and performance improvement technologies. She has conducted research and published articles on e-coaching, blended learning, technology adoption, and engaging online learners.
She has extensive experience providing instruction and coaching to learning professionals worldwide, both face-to-face and completely online. Rebecca is also a part of the FLEXspace Core Team, helping to push the adoption and continuous improvement of the FLEXspace tool and community.
