Sally J. McMillan
Sally J. McMillan leads the team working on the undergraduate priority area of the strategic plan with a focus on enrollment management, retention, and graduation. McMillan also focuses on quality enhancement through her work on policy development, academic program review, and coordination of statewide higher-education priorities.
McMillan joined the UTK faculty in 1999 as an assistant professor of advertising and was associate dean of the College of Communication and Information from 2005 until she moved to the Provost’s office in 2010. Prior to UT, McMillan taught at Boston University, the University of Oregon and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
