Stefanie D. Niles, Ed.D.
Stefanie Niles is in her eighteenth year working in enrollment management, currently serving as the vice president for enrollment and marketing at Hollins University. At Hollins, she has oversight of the offices of admission, financial aid, marketing and the Horizon program, a support program for non-traditional aged college women starting or completing their education. While at Hollins, she has overseen a major research and rebranding process for the institution, including a complete overhaul of the institution’s website, print, and digital materials. She previously worked as the chief enrollment officer for DePauw University and Bryn Athyn College.
Stefanie was an active member and leader of the Indiana Association for College Admission Counseling (IACAC), serving as the chair of the professional development committee, the program chair and general chair for the association’s annual conference, and as the association’s president in 2008-2009. She has also been a member of a national committee on best practices in college fairs for the National Association of College Admission Counseling (NACAC). She currently serves on the Current Issues and Future Trends committee of the Potomac and Chesapeake Association of College Admission Counseling (PCACAC) and will join the national (NACAC) committee in September. Stefanie is a member of the Council of Independent College’s Executive Leadership Academy for 2014-2015. She has presented at numerous conferences, most recently at IECA and the ACT Enrollment Planners Conference.
