Tim Switalski
Tim Switalski is the director of leadership development at Buffalo State College and the Founder and president of Darwin Associates. He is a master facilitator, executive coach, creative consultant and learning specialist, with a specific focus in the area of creativity and innovation. He has worked with a broad variety of organizations throughout North America, Central America, South America, and Europe in corporate, government and non-profit sectors. He has developed particular experience working with executive teams in the dynamic fields of energy and health care focusing on leading and supporting change. Tim holds a Master of Science degree in Creativity and Innovation from the International Center for Studies in Creativity at SUNY Buffalo State, where he also holds the position of adjunct faculty member and guest lecturer. He is a founding member of CREA Conference where he currently serves as program coordinator.
