Dr. Michelle Rauch

Director of Innovative and Online Learning, Finlandia University

Dr. Rauch earned her Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Higher Education from Grand Canyon University and has been attending Purdue University for her Master in Instructional Design & Technology. She has been in education for 20 years, starting as an elementary school teacher, and for the past 14 focused on online, curriculum development, instructional design, and university leadership. Rauch has had experience as an online professor since 2006 and was the Senior Instructional Designer & Associate Professor of Online at Arizona Christian University; A school that was ranked the number one on College Consensus’ Top Ranked Schools in Arizona for their online program. However, her current service is for Finlandia University as the Director of Innovation and Online Learning since November of 2018.
