Rabia Khan Harvey (she/her)

Senior Learning & Development Manager, Academic Impressions

Rabia is a Senior Learning & Development Manager who works closely with higher education leaders to develop both open-enrollment and custom programs for individuals and teams across multiple functional areas, including advancement, academic leadership, and Title IX.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Elmhurst College (now University) and is a proud double alumna of Loyola University Chicago, holding master’s degrees in both Higher Education and Human Resources.

Before joining AI on May 7, 2018, Rabia spent 17 years in Student Affairs, primarily in leadership roles in residence life and Title IX.  She served as the Director of Equity Issues and Title IX Coordinator at Columbia College Chicago and as the Assistant Dean of Students/Deputy Title IX Coordinator at Loyola University Chicago.

Rabia continues to share her expertise as a subject matter expert and presenter on a variety of leadership topics for Academic Impressions since 2013; she is also a Five Paths Certified instructor.  In 2016, Loyola University Chicago’s School of Education honored her with the Higher Education Distinguished Alumna Award in recognition of her leadership in advancing Title IX efforts across campus and her dedication to mentoring graduate students pursuing careers in Higher Education.

A full-time remote employee, Rabia resides in Illinois with her family.
