Northeastern Required Trainings FAQ

To see an overview of the required trainings you’ve completed:  

1. Log into your Academic Impressions account using SSO (Single Sign-on) here. 
2. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be redirected to “My Account > My Trainings and Registrations.”  

For a more detailed view:

1. Click the link that reads “Click here to access your list of required trainings with completion status” at the top of the My Trainings and Registrations page.
2. On the new page that opens, locate the circle next to the name of each training. A grey circle means the training is not started; a partially green circle means the course is in progress; a fully green circle means the course is complete.  
3. Click a training to visit it.

There are two ways to get to the next training: 

1. After watching the final video in a module, you should be redirected to a new page.  Click the link at the top of this page that reads “Click here to access your list of required trainings with completion status.” 
2. If you weren’t redirected to this page after the last video but are still logged into your Academic Impressions account, click “My Account > My Trainings and Registrations” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to access your list of required trainings.
