Why Women’s Leadership?
Women leaders are critical to our institutions’ success - present and future. Academic Impressions’ 2023 Higher Education Professional Development study found that women report a lower sense of belonging and psychological safety and are 23% more likely to leave their current position.
Whether you are looking to develop your own leadership skills or to help your campus be a place where women leaders can thrive, our approach is comprehensive and designed specifically by women in higher-ed to help impact change. By providing targeted support and skill development our programs help build confidence, overcome institutional barriers, and cultivate the leadership qualities needed to excel.
What makes our events different?
Academic Impressions conferences provide the opportunity for quality conversations and relationship-building through both formal and informal networking opportunities in an intimate setting. Our in-depth and hands-on approach to learning provides you with actionable takeaways.
