Craig Benson
Craig oversees a program in which peer mentors are trained as Career Specialists who provide comprehensive walk-in services at the MU Career Center. He has supervised more than 275 students in this nationally recognized program. He applies his unique blend of business and education degrees (MBA from the University of Missouri, M.Ed. in educational organization and leadership from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a B.S. in business administration with a human resource emphasis from Kansas State University) to his work in career services. Craig has given national presentations on managing student staff in career services.

Jimmie Gahagan
Jimmie Gahagan is the director of student engagement at the University of South Carolina, where he also teaches a University 101 class for first-year student success. He has presented and published widely on such topics as residential learning initiatives, the first-year student experience, academic advising, leadership development, the sophomore-year experience, spirituality, and student retention. He has a B.A in political science from the University of Richmond as well as an M.A. in higher education and student affairs and a Ph.D. in educational administration from the University of South Carolina. Jimmie has worked with AI for more than five years presenting on SYE, peer, and other leadership topics, consistently receiving high ratings from attendees.

Joe Henry
Joe Henry is an educator and student services professional with more than 10 years of progressive experience in the postsecondary sector in Ontario. He is currently the manager of student access at Humber College in Toronto. Previously, Joe served as the manager of accessible learning and student development at Sheridan College, serving the educational needs of 1,600 students with disabilities and coordinating the ongoing development of student leadership activities on all four campuses of the college. Joe also taught part-time in Sheridan’s adult education program. A believer in lifelong learning, Joe is completing his doctorate in education at Northeastern University in Boston. He is also a graduate of OISE/UT, where he completed his Master of Education (M.Ed) in adult education and community development.
