You already understand how, foundationally, the Five Paths increases self-awareness at various leadership levels. This session will take what the Five Paths teaches in terms of self-awareness and the nuances of personal, interpersonal and team leadership to situate them within one of the most common, and sometimes frustrating settings we all work within—meetings.

Who should attend?

This session is reserved for certified Five Paths to Leadership® facilitators as part of their recertification process.

Five Paths Recertification

To become recertified to facilitate the Five Paths to Leadership® debriefs at your institution, you will need to complete two recertification programs and pay the recertification fee of $995. Once you do, you will be recertified for two additional years beyond your certification expiration date, or for two years from the date when you complete the recertification (whichever is a later date).
