Whether you’re struggling to make an individual decision or navigating a complex decision with others, this course will equip you with both personal and collaborative strategies to move forward more confidently.

What You'll Learn

The course is divided into two key areas of focus:

  1. Enhance Your Own Decision-Making: This section invites you to explore the internal factors—like fear and cognitive bias—that often derail our judgment. You’ll learn how to recognize and manage these forces in yourself so you can make decisions with greater intention and effectiveness.
  2. Enhance Shared Decision-Making: Making decisions with others—especially in shared governance settings—requires structure, clarity, and strong facilitation skills. This section introduces tools to improve group collaboration and make collective decisions more effectively.

How It Works

This course is designed to provide just-in-time support, and it is not meant to be completed in order.
