This customized Chairs Program for Carnegie Mellon University is designed around the following objectives:

1. Cultivate university leadership support and get critical input to shape the program.
2. Use the revised monthly chairs sessions in the Fall to mark a new approach to leadership development and build enthusiasm for this work.
3. Minimize time commitment for Chairs by focusing on one-day deep dives.
4. Leverage the limited resources of the faculty affairs team in ways that build and expand their capacity.

Workshop dates are July 22, 2024, plus a 1-day session in January 2025 and a 2-day session in Fall 2025.
