You’ll need to complete two assessments that we’ll be discussing during the workshops. They include the following:

The Five Paths to Leadership℠ Self-Assessment for February 4-5

This assessment sheds light on your strengths and potential blind spots by examining five key forms of intelligence including intellectual, emotional, intuitive, action, and reflective. The assessment will help you understand ways of achieving greater balance among the five forms of intelligence, so that you can improve your overall effectiveness as a leader. It should take about 15 minutes to complete. Please note that once you begin the assessment, you will not be able to save it to complete later, so make sure that you have enough time to answer all the questions.

To take the assessment (if you have not done so previously):

1. Click “The Five Paths to Leadership℠ Self-Assessment” button on the upper-right corner of this page
2. Click “Express Register”
3. Click “Take the Assessment”

Once done, your results will be automatically emailed to you from noreply@alchemer.com (make sure to check your inbox and spam folder) and they will also appear here.  We will be reviewing your results during the workshop on February 4th, so please make sure you complete the assessment before and have your results handy either digitally or printed.

Copies of all other workshop resources will be available on this site. They will be made available shortly before the workshop as needed, during the workshop, and you’ll continue to have access to them after.
