AN EDUCATIONAL SERIES

October 27, 2022 | November 2, 2022 | November 11, 2022 | November 17, 2022

Overview

Learn how to successfully build and grow your leadership annual giving program in order to leverage leadership giving in building donor loyalty as well as your donor pipeline. Even with a successful leadership annual giving program, there are always opportunities to assess and improve your existing program. This educational series will offer valuable information for new programs and well-established leadership giving societies, where you will develop a plan to:

  • Effectively train your frontline staff to maximize the impact of leadership giving.
  • Build a sustainable frontline fundraising effort that will expand your donor pipeline.
  • Ensure that you are strategically engaging and stewarding your leadership donors.
  • Work effectively with internal staff to ensure you have the buy-in and resources to build an optimal leadership giving program.

How It Works

This educational series has been designed to help you to comprehensively assess, develop, and improve your leadership annual giving program. It consists of four trainings, taking place from October through November. You may choose to register for one, two, three, or for all four training workshops in a live or on-demand format. If your schedule allows, we do recommend participating in all four trainings, as the content will build as you continue through it and will be most impactful when experienced in full, and in sequential order.

Who This Series Will Serve

This training series is ideal for both new and seasoned advancement professionals who are building or revamping a leadership annual giving program. You will leave this series with a comprehensive understanding of how to build your leadership giving program as well as the skills to effectively engage your leadership donors.

What You Will Learn by the End of the Series

After participating in this educational series, you will attain valuable new skills on how to build, measure, and improve your leadership annual giving program. You will further develop or strengthen skills related to goal setting, pipeline development, donor cultivation, strategic communication and stewardship, and long-term planning.
