Tracy joined Marquette five years ago as a leadership annual giving officer and has held several fundraising positions leading up to her current focus on major gifts. She now directs Marquette's efforts to build out the "micro-regional development model." Prior to employment with Marquette, Tracy coordinated special events in conjunction with the grand opening of Synergy Health-St. Joseph's Hospital in West Bend, WI. Before that, she was the director of communications for Alter High School in Kettering, OH.
Stacy manages and oversees the programmatic and development responsibilities of the engagement and affinity-based giving teams at Marquette University. In this role, she directs the outreach efforts for Marquette alumni, parents, and friends. She previously served as a senior manager at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, working with a team of five that raised approximately $4 million per year for cancer research. Stacy's for-profit experience includes time as a forecaster and market researcher. She has received two gold awards from CASE and the Jesuit Advancement Administrators (JAA) for her work on the Marquette University CIRCLES networking program.
