All virtual live sessions are designed for staff within University Advancement. All staff are strongly encouraged to complete any pre- and post-work and to attend all sessions. 

Live Session #1: Understanding Your Five Paths to Leadership® Self-Assessment Results 

Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 12:00-1:30 p.m. ET 

The Five Paths to Leadership® Self-Assessment will help you and your team explore how one’s leadership styles manifest under normal circumstances—and how they can change under stress. The Five Paths measures your ease of access to the five intuitive styles of leadership— Critical Thinker, Relator, Visionary, Warrior, and Sage—and helps you understand ways of achieving grater balance among them so that you can improve your overall effectiveness as a leader.  

To prepare for this session: 

If you have not already done so, please complete The Five Paths to Leadership® Self-Assessment. It should take about 15 minutes to complete. Please note that once you begin the assessment, you will not be able to save it to complete later, so make sure that you have enough time to answer all the questions. 

Once done, your results will be automatically emailed to you from webmaster@academicimpressions.com (make sure to check your inbox and spam folder) and they will also appear here: https://www.academicimpressions.com/my-account/my-five-paths-results/. 

Please come to the live virtual session with your scores on hand! Your Academic Impressions team will guide you through understanding the Five Paths model, including traits of each path and how you can use the model to better understand yourself and others. 

Live Session #2: Cultivating Curiosity as a Leader 

Wednesday, July 9, 2025 from 2:00-3:30 p.m. ET 

One of the first steps you can take toward becoming a forward-thinking and innovative leader is to develop your sense of curiosity. In this session, we’ll explore what curiosity is, how you can foster curiosity in yourself, and how you can cultivate it among your team. Additional details about the session will be provided in June. 

Live Session #3: Fostering a Transformative Mindset 

Wednesday, September 3, 2025 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET 

How do you create an environment where your team feels empowered to think innovatively and act quickly? Expanding on our prior sessions, we’ll learn how to build a transformative mindset on your team and create leaders who are empowered to act decisively.
