In Part 2, you will spend time exploring strategies to stay connected to your larger purpose in your everyday work. You’ll then explore how inherited norms shape your definition of success, so that you can create your own definition based on your values and the impact you want to have in the world. Finally, you’ll start documenting a practical and tangible plan that outlines the goals and tasks you’ll need to craft the meaningful life and career you desire.

Effective leadership is inclusive leadership. When our colleagues feel they can show up authentically in all aspects of their identities and contribute without fear of repercussion, we’re building stronger teams and stronger organizations. But this doesn’t happen automatically—it takes time, intention, and continuous learning and growth.  Our Inclusive Leadership Certificate Program: Build Your Skills and Self-Awareness is designed as a first step on that journey.
