Suzanne Mozdy

Suzanne Mozdy has been with the college for eleven years and has taught mathematics for fifteen years. Suzanne believes quite strongly in the open educational resources movement because of its ability to give access to educational resources to underrepresented students. Two years ago, SLCC dedicated a position to researching and implementing open source materials and for the past year, the SLCC Math department has been using open educational materials for instruction in developmental mathematics. SLCC is currently working on OER for statistics and calculus courses.
